Serving as an Assistant Architect at Unitech Ltd from 1994 to 2004, he leverages his infrastructure expertise to supervise cost-effective school buildings and medical centers.

Shri Mitesh Parihar, Secretary of the JBR Foundation, is a grassroots educator and administrator driving the Trust's daily operations across Delhi Cantt and Jodhpur. He combines technical training, academic insight, and on-ground teaching experience to manage program coordination, compliance, and outreach with high efficiency.

Since January 2022, he has spearheaded the Trust’s Free Literacy Program for underprivileged students, boosting reading skills by 35%.

Shalu Mathur, Trustee of JBR Foundation, is a dynamic professional and social advocate combining over 20 years of corporate experience with a deep commitment to women’s safety and financial empowerment. Based in Uttar Pradesh heads the Foundation's Women Empowerment & Financial Inclusion Cell. she designs programs providing "Aatmnirbharata with Suraksha." She creates sustainable livelihood opportunities by training women in back-office operations, data entry, and hydroponics.

Saroj Jain

Mrs. Saroj Jain, a Trustee of the JBR Foundation, is a pioneering woman entrepreneur and social worker. She brings over 50 years of experience in family leadership and grassroots social service. Guided by the principles of service, traditional values ​​(sanskar), and dedication, she integrates deep faith and cultural values ​​into the Trust's operations across Delhi and Rajasthan. As the founder of JBR Mantra, she stands as an embodiment of 'Nari Shakti' (women's empowerment). Mrs. Saroj Jain leverages her vast life experience and business acumen to provide ethical guidance and strategic direction to the Foundation.

Women and Child Welfare: Supporting widows, funding girls' education, and creating sustainable employment opportunities.

Spiritual Social Service: Organizing medical camps and food distribution drives (Annakshetra), as well as supporting Gaushalas (cow shelters) and religious institutions.

Community Engagement: Ensuring that welfare initiatives reach the most needy families in a transparent manner. Mrs. Saroj Jain firmly believes that wealth holds true meaning only when it is used to alleviate the suffering of others.

Manohar Singh Deora

Shri Manohar Singh Deora, Trustee of JBR Foundation, is a devoted community builder and entrepreneur leading the Trust's regional operations in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Inspired by Baba Ramdev Ji and the values of Dharma, Seva, and Sanskriti, he brings deep spiritual grounding and business discipline to the Foundation. As an electronics industry veteran and owner of Satyam PG, he leverages his background to support youth welfare and migrant student challenges. He actively promotes social harmony by organizing Ram Kathas and cultural programs across Western Rajasthan.
